It's a Boy!

Hi Everyone! Hope your Monday is going well. I'm not really a Monday person. It was a little rough getting up for work this morning (ok, more than a little rough, I really don't like mornings) but as the day went on it got better.

I had the opportunity to use one of Heather Ellis' wonderful digis from her Pure Innocence line. You can view and purchase Heather's digis on her Etsy site. She's very talented and her stamps prove that time and time again.

So, I used a baby one tonight to make a card for a co-worker who just had a baby boy. I hope she likes it!

Happy Weekend Everyone! I've got some new cards today. I've been pretty busy creating which has been great. I think it's because I've been feeling better and the weather is getting warmer.

So here we go...

All New Bakery Signs!

I'm back with lots of yummy paper stuff. Nope, not just cards but I've got the rest of the bakery signs that I've been working on and they are finally done. I had 13 to make and got 4 done. Then I got sick a few times and unfortunately I had to put them on the back burner. I recently finished the last 9. They took me awhile but I think they are worth it. The owner of the bakery loved them and has asked me to do signs for all the pies. Pretty cool, huh?!

Each one is on a 3x5 piece of Georgia-Pacific card stock. Most of the stamps are Hero Arts from the What's Cooking, Cupcakes, Bananas For You, You're The Best and Glamorous sets. I used fonts for the names of the cookies that I had on my Mac and used Copics, Prismacolor colored pencils and Ranger Distress Ink to color.

Enjoy!

I'm Still Here!

Well, I am still around. I'm just starting to get back into stamping/card making but it's been a challenge because I've been sick on and off (mostly on) since the 2nd week of January. If it's not a cold it's a major cough and antibiotics only kicked it for a week. Unfortunately with all that I don't really feel like being creative. I honestly just want to sit on the couch and watch tv but I did finish up the bakery signs yesterday that I was working on and will post pictures of them soon. I also have lots of orders for cards to work on this week and will get them up too.

Thanks for checking in!
